1、 FK-64旋压封口机是我公司新一代用旋压工艺薄壁铜管管端封口成型加工的自动化设备，采用工件固定刀具旋转方式旋压封口，完全可以满足1米以上长管的封口加工。
2、 加工过程中工件不旋转极大的提高了机械的安全性能，通过改进夹模还可以实现对不能以旋转工件方式加工的铜管进行旋压封口，提高了机器对产品的适应性。
3、 本设备采用伺服送料、伺服进刀、PLC控制、编程简单、重复精度高、性能稳定等优点。
 
1. The FK-64 sealing machine with spinning mode is a new generation of automatic equipment produced by our company for sealing and molding of thin-walled copper tube ends with spinning technology. The sealing is completed with spinning mode by using fixed cutter of workpiece, which can completely meet the sealing of long tube of more than 1 meter.
 
2. The safety performance of the machine is greatly improved when the workpiece does not rotate during processing. Copper tubes which can not be processed as rotating workpieces are sealed by spinning through improving clamping dies to improve the adaptability of the machine to products.
 
3. The equipment adopts servo feeding, servo cutting and PLC control with simple programming, high repeatability and stable performance.
