1、 SZXY-55型数控旋压机是用旋压工艺制造薄壁中空回转体一类零件的设备。
 
2、 本设备是我公司新一代用于薄壁铜管管端缩口成型加工的自动化设备，采用CNC二维（即X、Y轴）数控系统控制，主要由机架、动力主轴、二维（即X、Y轴）旋压头、定芯尾座、液压夹紧系统、电控系统等组成，具有效率高、精度好、性能稳定等优点。
 
3、 大大节省换模的时间提高生产效率，特别适用于需要在一根管材上冲不同孔径不同分布角度的产品。
 
1. The SZXY-55 CNC spinning machine is the equipment used to produce the parts of thin-walled hollow rotational body with spinning technology.
 
2. The equipment is a new generation of automatic equipment produced by our company for the neck molding of thin-walled copper tube ends controlled by CNC 2D (i.e., X, Y-axis) system. It mainly comprises rack, principle power axis, 2D (i.e., X, Y-axis) spinning head, centering tailstock, hydraulic clamping system and electric control system with high efficiency, accuracy and stability.
 
3. The time for die changing is greatly saved to improve production efficiency, so the equipment is especially applicable to products which holes with different diameters and distribution angles need to be punched on one tube.
