SKW系列三维数控弯管机是专为管材弯曲设计的专用加工设备，可弯曲直径在Φ6～Φ25、壁厚1.5mm内的铜管，本机夹紧、送芯等机构采用气动系统，X、Y、z三坐标由伺服驱动，整机控制采用微电脑控制，可实现三轴同时运动、通过触摸界面进行参数设定及操作切换，操作简单方便、并可存储100个以上的产品的加工参数。该机既具有良好的稳定性、重复性好、效率高的特点，非常适合铜管的弯曲加工。

SKW series 3D NC pneumatic tube bender is a kind of special machining equipment for tube bending. It is applied to bend copper tubes with diameter of Φ6～Φ25 and wall thickness of 1.5mm. Its champing and core conveying mechanism adopts pneumatic system. X, Y and Z coordinate is driven by servo drive system. The whole machine is controlled by microcomputer. It realizes movement of 3 shafts. Interface of the touch screen is used for parameters setting and operation switching. The machine is easily operated and can store Machining parameters for over 100 products. It is featured in good stability, durability, and high efficiency, thus being especially applied to bend copper tube.
