3、 加工范围：加工Φ6～Φ45的管料。
4、 有锯片自动润滑功能，同时，切割部位采用全密封方式。
5、 该设备送料采用伺服电机带动滚珠丝杆送料，具有速度快，精度高，重复性好。
6、 铜粉与材料能够有效分离。
7、 切割进刀缓冲设计合理，调节方便，设备振动少。

1. The machine adopts user-friendly interface through which users simply need enter the length of cutting and tube blank to automatically calculate the number of cutting and length of tailing for product processing without mechanical adjustment.
 
2. Control system: touch screen interface + FATEK digital control system + Japanese Yaskawa servo system.
 
3. Processing range: tubes with diameter of 6 ~ 45mm.
4. Provided with automatic sawing lubrication function and fully sealed cutting parts.
 
5. The feeding of the equipment is operated through ball screw driven by servo motor with high speed, accuracy and repeatability.
 
6. Copper powder can be effectively separated from tubes.
 
7. Buffering is reasonably designed for the equipment when cutting with easy adjustment and less vibration.
8. Short stroke for vertical cutting with high efficiency.
