1、 功能组成:盘料校直、送料、预切、拉断、墩口、自动落料、够数停机报警、无料报警停机、故障提示等；
2、 盘料校直: 校正轮间距可方便调节，可满足不同规格的材料；
3、 送料：使用伺服电机带动滚轮挤压送料
4、 采用无屑切割工艺预切；使用拉断或敲断的方式把材料截断；
5、 凸台：凸台成型不需使用冲针且内径变型量满足要求；
